SHIPPING RATES

Standard Domestic Postage — $10
Express Domestic Postage — $19

Complimentary Standard Domestic Postage on orders of $300 or more.

International Shipping — $30AUD

CLICK AND COLLECT

Complimentary Click & Collect is available for Olive's House online purchases, from The Flwr Mrkt at Moffat Beach. The store is open from 8am — 2pm weekdays, and 8am — 12pm on Saturdays. If local pick-up / click & collect option is selected at check out, you will be notified when your purchase is ready for collection in store. Purchase must be collected in store opening hours.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed, packed and sent within 2 business days of the order being placed. We want you to receive your Olive's House pieces as soon as possible, and do our best to get your purchase on the way as quickly as we can. All orders are shipped with Australia Post, and Standard or Express service is dependent on your choice at checkout.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact hello@olives.house

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake. Please get in touch at hello@olives.house  and we will help you out!
